The Human Resources Department at the GMRC works closely with all departments. The GMRC facilitates recruitment, job classification, employee relations and benefits, workforce development, and risk management. The GMRC strives to attract and retain a qualified workforce and to keep a positive employee morale through benefits, services, and training opportunities. The GMRC also work diligently to provide a safe work environment for all employees.

 

In addition, the GMRC contracts with our local communities to assist with their recruitment, personnel policies, standard operating procedures, HR training, and employee relations.
